In fact interim reports from Mexican health authorities suggest young strong fit and healthy individuals are every bit as susceptable to the swine influenza virus as anyone else. In essence this means we are all at similar risk of infection from swine flu and as such should all take every care to avoid contracting it. The virulence of this virus means that precautions must be taken to assist in avoiding its contraction.
